Mandate is the West Cliff Baptist Church men's ministry. Mandate has a varied programme of activity 
throughout the year and normally meets at 8.30am on the 3rd Saturday morning of each month at Troy Café in Westbourne for breakfast and a short devotional together. For more information please contact the church office.
